Our team headshot package includes the full session and one professionally retouched image per person. Additional images can be purchased if desired. Each selected image is delivered in three crop formats—perfect for everything from LinkedIn profiles to print materials—and provided in both low and high resolution for digital and print use. If you need any customization, I’ll work closely with you to ensure your exact needs are met, delivering images that perfectly align with your vision.

Whether you need headshots for a small team of 2 or a company-wide session for 200, I’ve got you covered. I tailor the experience to fit your team’s size and schedule—delivering consistent, professional images with efficiency and ease. The time needed per person for team headshots depends on your group size and the level of customization you’re looking for. For smaller teams, we can take a bit more time with each person; for larger groups, I streamline the process to keep things efficient without sacrificing quality. No matter the pace, everyone gets a great shot.

I’ll take multiple images of each person during the session, giving you plenty of options to choose from. You can select the image you like best with my help, or review the gallery link I provide to make your final choice at your convenience. Either way, you’ll have the confidence of picking the perfect shot.

The timeframe for final image delivery depends on the size of the job, but we strive to have all final images ready within 5 business days. For your convenience, gallery links to proofs can often be available the same day, so you can start reviewing your images right away.

Retouching is included on all selected images, keeping the look realistic while enhancing each person’s best features. From smoothing out blemishes to making sure there are no stray hairs on your clothing, I’ll make sure your team looks polished and professional, without losing the natural, authentic vibe. You’ll receive high-quality images that truly represent your brand.

Need consistency across your team’s headshots? I can seamlessly match your existing brand style—whether it’s background, lighting, posing, or tone—so every image aligns perfectly with your visual identity. Your team will look polished, professional, and on-brand across every platform.

If someone misses the group photo day, no worries! We can easily arrange for them to come to my studio for a makeup session. I’ll ensure their headshot matches the style and consistency of the team, so they seamlessly fit into the overall look.

Have remote employees or new hires after the main session? No problem. I’m part of a trusted network of headshot photographers across the country who shoot in the same polished style, so your team’s look stays consistent—no matter where they're located. I also offer individual or small group sessions later, making it easy to keep everyone on-brand as your team grows.

If desired, I can arrange for a professional hair and makeup artist to style your team for the session. This is an outsourced service and comes with an additional fee, but it’s a great way to ensure everyone looks their best and feels confident on camera.
