What’s included in your team headshot package?

Our team headshot package includes the full session and one professionally retouched image per person. Additional images can be purchased if desired. Each selected image is delivered in three crop formats—perfect for everything from LinkedIn profiles to print materials—and provided in both low and high resolution for digital and print use. If you need any customization, I’ll work closely with you to ensure your exact needs are met, delivering images that perfectly align with your vision.

The time needed per person for team headshots depends on your group size and the level of customization you’re looking for. For smaller teams, we can take a bit more time with each person; for larger groups, I streamline the process to keep things efficient without sacrificing quality. No matter the pace, everyone gets a great shot.

Can we get multiple looks or just one per person?

I’ll take multiple images of each person during the session, giving you plenty of options to choose from. You can select the image you like best with my help, or review the gallery link I provide to make your final choice at your convenience. Either way, you’ll have the confidence of picking the perfect shot.

How are the final images delivered, and how soon?

The timeframe for final image delivery depends on the size of the job, but we strive to have all final images ready within 5 business days. For your convenience, gallery links to proofs can often be available the same day, so you can start reviewing your images right away.
